Getting Pallet of Freight Shipped to Home?

I want to order a pallet of liquidated merchandise. I want the pallet delivered to my home but I do not have any equipment to remove the pallet from the truck. Is this an abnormal issue for freight companies? What terminology do I need to use to let them know that they will need to bring their own equipment to remove the pallet from the truck and drop it under my carport or in my driveway so I can break the pallet down and carry the contents in the house?

1. ask then to send the pallet with a fold away fork lift they should have some trucks capable if not you will have to unload from the veichle
