where do i go to report a freight brokerage company?

I did two loads with Abbott Freight, Inc. One was in August 2007 and the second one was in December 2007, both jobs was unpaid. I called every week to ask for my checks; they assure me that the checks will come within a week. I just tired of them lying to me. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO.

1. contact their surety bond company and file a claim..you should be able to find that on broker/carrier agreement sheet..also file a claim at your local small claims court..you can also damage brokers credit by reporting to credit agencies...don't forget to let the shipper or receiver know that the service you provided was not paid..im sure doing that will get your money I hope you get your money as soon as possible
