Can someone please tell me where I can find a regional/east of Mississippi trucking job that pays hourly?

Looking for trucking jobs that pay hourly wages instead of cpm. Good companies,not like CRST,Swift,Schneider or JB Hunt. I hold a current Michigan driver's license CDL-A Non-Hazmat with Tank Endorsement. Willing to learn tankers. Experience of 3.5years on Refrigirated freight. Presently employed at Werner. Again, looking for jobs that pay hourly wages not C.P.M thanks.

1. I trained with Werner then hauled grain for a year.Now i am a garbage man and work 8- 10 hours a day-5 days a week-have much better pay on the average( Hourly ) and better benefits-ill never go back unless my health wont let me put in a hard days work anymore
2. I currently drive for Mclane Company. They are a food service, and grocery distribution company based out of Texas. They have distribution centers in most states. They are self insured, and the benefits are very good, and the 401k is strong. You will not haul placarded loads. You will have to work. We unload all the freight at the customer location. Some locations pay by hour, some have a formula. A lazy driver can easily make 53K first year. My first was a good bit over that. The company pay caps out at 133K for drivers. There are drivers in the company who hit that. Example of the loads. I leave monday at 1600, come back tues at 1500. Wed at 1300 ,come back thur 0300, thur at 2000 come back fri 1600. routes vary by customer.
